OUR HISTORY
The
Perillo name is well known in the steel products sector since 1920
when Giuseppe Perillo senior began to work as a representative of
British mills and exporters, selling Electrolytic Tin Plate used
by the Italian canning industry.
During
the Fascist regime, and especially during the Second World War,
there was the inevitable ban of trade relationships with the
Anglo-Americans
countries however, immediately after the war, Giuseppe Perillo
senior, with his determination and his unchanged commitment, he was
able to resume contacts and
imports from Great Britain and United States of America thanks
to his prestige and his professionalism too.
He was
the only one who could boast such qualities for competence and
seniority.
In
1950 Bruno, Giuseppe Perillo's son, continued and expanded his father's
work developing further business in the importation of foreign
steel products and in the exportation of preserved foods.
In 1976
Bruno Perillo formed the company AGIMEX continuing to operate in the
usual commercial and industrial sector.
In
1987, Bruno was joined by his eldest son Maurizio, who in a shot
time
became a skilled and cunning intermediary, distinguishing himself in the
thriving market of those years.
Currently
the company AGIMEX is run by the third generation of Perillo with Giuseppe Perillo junior (Bruno's son) who, in memory of
his
late brother Maurizio, is demonstrating excellent commercial and
entrepreneurial skills, maintaining the high prestige of the Perillo
name now present on the world market for nearly a century!
